Ashley Barnard, VMD, CEVMMP has diligently served south Florida's equine community over the past ten years.
Following her undergraduate career at Brown University, Dr. Barnard graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine. She then went on to complete a medicine and surgery internship in Wellington, Florida.
As an associate in an ambulatory and race track practice, Dr. Barnard was dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate patient care. This path led her to open Barnard Equine in 2013.
Barnard Equine was formed in an effort to ensure the patient comes first. We are committed to keeping your companion, trail blazer and athlete "as healthy as a horse."
Most recently, Dr. Barnard has become a certified veterinary medical manipulation practitioner. This practice is based upon the techniques of human chiropractic medicine. Her certification was completed through the Integrative Veterinary Medical Institute at the Chi Institute. She believes the integrative approach to veterinary medicine will help to better serve all life stages and styles!
